Our goal is to share the passion, power, and presence of Jesus with others. We believe in supporting families through service, education, and loving one another as Jesus loves us, unconditionally. Our worship style is relational, relating to God through Christ centered worship and relating to each other through God honoring fellowship. We invite you to join us for worship so we can welcome you personally.
Our Story
In the winter of 2014, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church decided a new EPC church was needed in the Omaha area to help spread the Good News. Why Bennington? Bennington is one of the fastest-growing communities, not just in the Omaha metropolitan area, but in the entire state. With few worship options available in Bennington, Three Timbers Church hopes to become a part of the fabric of this thriving community.

In our church, these words mean: Passion – joining to worship God. Power – living through God. Presence – serving others for God.
Our Team
Pastor Jeff Ryan
Lead Pastor
Hailing from Philadelphia, Pastor Jeff Ryan has been the founding pastor/lead pastor at Three Timbers Church since its inception. Pastor Jeff is married to his wonderful wife, Kristi, and has two kids,
Selah and Levi. He is an avid Philadelphia
sports fan and will take any chance
he can find to tie Philly into a sermon.
Garrett Worner
Family Pastor
Mr. Garrett has been serving at 3TC for over 6 years now. The kids and youth love his energy and enthusiasm for presenting the Gospel. Mr. Garrett and his wife, Mrs. Lorrin serve together, working hard to ensure every person they teach get to know, grow and show the love of Jesus.
Stephanie Olson
Worship Leader
Stephanie joined the Three Timbers Team as the worship leader this year, but she is not new to serving in ministry. Stephanie is also a speaker, author, podcaster, and the CEO of The Set Me Free Project ®. Stephanie lives with her extremely supportive husband Eric and their dog Winnie. They have three adult children: Noel, Tessa, and Will. Fueled by coffee, sarcasm, and Jesus, Stephanie is grateful to be a part of this team.
John Goolsby
Business Manager
John started as Three Timbers’ business manager in September 2023. His professional career has included stints in public accounting, accounting in the construction and energy industries and now in the finance world. As a long time volunteer, he is excited to serve Three Timbers in this new role. He hasn’t ventured far from home, having grown up in Elkhorn. He is an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan.
John and his wife, Kristin, and their two
children live in Bennington.
